All grapes are harvested by hand and no fining. After pressing, cold settling before fermentation begins and fermentation is is all natural. Vinified in foudre. Sourced from the lieu-dit Boland, South-southeast exposure.
This wine is very dry with great aroma, and a floral touch. The distinctive grapey aroma of Muscat is one of its chief properties, but its versatility also makes it attractive.
