Antoine-Marie Arena Vin de France "Bianchi"

2017
Vines 10 years old average. All grapes are harvested by hand. Indigenous yeast fermentation. Primary and secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Vin de France “Bianchi” grapes are sourced from the Morta Maio, Hauts de Carco, and San Giovanni vineyards. Antoine-Marie refers to Vermentinu as Malvasia on his labels as this was the original name in Corsica for this grape variety.
"Bianchi’s label sports a little fruit tree, with what looks to be some ripe fruit ready to pluck off the branch and enjoy. That’s what this bottle is, really—easygoing, fresh juice you just want to dig into. It’s a gentle press of equal parts Biancu Gentile, Vermentinu, and Muscatellu, fermented and aged without any extraction, ready to chuck in the fridge, chill down, and throw right back." - Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant
