Vines planted in 1982. Grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation is natural. Fermentation last approximately 3 weeks in stainless steel, glass, and one older barrel. Wine ages in same vessels for 9 months on fine lees. Wine ages in bottle for 6 months before release. Linsenland is a lieu-dit in Niedermorschwihr, which in Alsatian means "Land of the Lentils", as it was once (long ago) a parcel used for Lentil farming.
